    Client's return email or PO sheet are received

  • 4. Translation

    Project is assigned to a project manager/team of translator(s) and the translation is carried out according to the schedule

  • 5. Proofreading and editing

    Project is checked for the correct usage of terminology, context, typographical errors and accuracy of translation, comparing it with the source file

  • 6. Proofreading by native speaker

    Proofreading by a native speaker can be provided upon request, after preliminary proofreading by a field-specific project manager

  • 7. Delivery

    Translation is delivered to the client via email upon completion

  • 8. Client's review

    Client's review and feedback on the completed translation

  • 9. Client satisfaction and post-project customer service

    When the client requests follow-up after providing feedback on the work, KTC double-checks the delivered translation, edits and sends out a final version

    A personal consultation will be provided on time, venue, languages, contents, audience, equipment, service fees, etc.

    Find the ideal interpreter for the job through a client-oriented project analysis model

  • 3. Send out price quote and interpreter's resume (blind resume)

    Send out the interpreter's blind resume and a price quote for client-specific service fees and equipment use (optional)

  • 4. Client's confirmation

    Have the interpreter stand by upon receiving a PO sheet, or the client's confirmation following its internal review

  • 5. Retrieve interpretation references

    Retrieve references from the client and forward them to the interpreter to ensure more accurate interpretation services, so that the interpreter can review the references and prepare for interpretation

  • 6. Dispatch interpreter to venue for service

    The interpreter will arrive at the venue 10 minutes in advance and speak to a person in charge; service is provided thereafter

  • 7. Issue invoice - payments are to be settled in advance when paid by credit card

  • 8. Service fee settlement

    Client will settle invoice via PayPal or wire transfer by the set date specified in the price quote
